2. The service

AtmosBG provides free information about the weather, air quality, the sea, warnings and earthquakes. No registration is required.

3. Accuracy

Forecasts are computed by weather models and always contain uncertainty that grows with lead time. The information is for general guidance and does not replace official NIMH warnings or instructions from authorities. We are not liable for decisions based solely on this site – especially for mountain, sea, aviation or agricultural activities.

4. Intellectual property

The design, texts, logo and code are owned by AtmosBG. Weather data is used under its sources’ licences (e.g. Open-Meteo – CC BY 4.0). Sharing links and using the free widgets is allowed.

5. Widgets for other websites

Widgets are free and provided without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The AtmosBG link inside the widget must remain visible. Automated bulk scraping through widgets or the site is prohibited.

6. Advertising and links

The site may contain ads and links to other sites whose content we are not responsible for.

7. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent court in Bulgaria. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
